promotion is not just based on one job, it's across all the jobs that you did. even if one manager didn't like you for whatever reason, if you performed for your other jobs, you will still get promoted. sounds like you're the problem because come on, promotion is almost by default up till at least the am level unless you fked up big time

Yep can confirm this is true. A1 promotion is by default to A2 at least. Even A2 to SA1 is by default even though it has a title change. It is really just increments to keep you in the firm.
