Guys, what do you think about Jan intake for big4? What are your experiences and is it not recommended because going to get swamped immediately during the peak period? Honestly, quite worried about the mentorship (during busy season no one have time to teach you things) but the next hiring period is in Sept.

Also, do you get raise during July promotion period? assuming you perform average like everyone else

I'm in the consulting/advisory line. Was thinking they can't be overhiring unless they assumed someone will not accept the offer right
