Quite obvious why they gave you less than a week. TT5 is coming up in 2 weeks time and they don't have any slots left... so they're trying to see if people will reject this and give the upcoming participants a chance.

What a dumpster company.

I've been following the responses for awhile, just to verify, so if your status is changed to completed from selection and if you were shortlisted does it mean that there is still hope for offer?

No I don't think so because I was shortlisted and it said selection until I got the offer on taleo then it changed to completed.

If you don't have the offer on taleo and your status says completed then it means rejected.

You have to wait until the end of TT5, which is on 6th May 2022.

1. Background check
2. End of current TT to see if you're better than them or not

- It's not 2 years, it's 1 year based on renewal terms, this is dependent on
1. Your performance
2. Team's headcount

- They might be changing the offer from 2 year to something else, I can't share this yet but those of you who have been informed early can confirm this. Note that this is NOT for everyone so please don't spread rumors.

- Pay is 60k to 70k, it depends on
1. Your competing offers
2. Your TT performance / interview performance

thanks for the information! apparently, the HR mentioned that i will be receiving offer letter soon. Is this a different inforamtion then?

also, the 1 year tenure is still a norm and can assume they cut ~50% of SEEDers in thte 1st year yeah?

Im 60k base, dont think they use ur TT performance though. The offer didnt state 1 year contract but mentioned the entire seed program which is 24 months. VB is 2-3 months. 26 days leave so actually quite competitive.

can confirm, i got 63k base before but i negotiate with my other offer from visa graduate programme offering 62k year. i not sure if can nego to 70k or not... i never hear before anyone do that but i know can nego to 66kish, i think... cos my batch got quite a few people pay very different some 5250 monthly, some 5500, some 5150 but we are all same batch same intake...

They offer 60k for everyone with no job experience. Don't trust most of the stuff on this thread. The one on the nodeflair website is most accurate. It goes up to 6k in 1 yr. I got baited by a prof and studied cs miserably but want to transit into finance.
