if i joined in Jan 2018, will i be getting a pro rated PB coming late march ?

Nope.. PB is given for work done from jan to dec the previously year, and pro rated accordingly.

Joined in Dec last year. Prorated PB quantum 1.86, my stat board grade is equivalent to MX12. Very lucky and happy that I still have PB for work done in Dec.

My stat board only payout end of this month and I only get to know when my boss passes me the letter in the last week of this month...

Hoping some laojiaos can shed some light...if a particular Uniformed Junior Officer gets 2 consecutive Bs...will be considered for promotion? Anyone familiar with promotion basic criterias? Or ultimately it depends on his CEP?
