My bosses personally congratulated the officers who were promoted and handed them their letters.

I think promotion usually announced later this week or early next week. My org, our boss's email is the first indication not from HRP.

Based on all threads here, everywhere seems to be cutting except for healthcare and defence? By the way, I think those are the top 2 expenditures?

Unregistered 18-03-2024 11:42 PM

Do people in the same position and same letter grade get the same amount? For example any flexibility for mgmt to tweak and give better amount for a better C compared to a lesser C?

A ‘better C’ is literally C+. What other copiums do you need to accept you’re just a C-grader and receives what you deserve?

This is the harsh reality of service. There isn't much room for trying to twist the message of getting a C any other way. It's either you are an average worker, your boss hates you, you have no potential or there are too many people in your queue that you got pushed down. Which still means you aren't a "priority".

Unregistered 19-03-2024 03:51 PM

Ok, i am sure now the pb payout today is not WOG as my agency, which all along follows the same payout date/ timeline, did not release the pb today. As of now, we still haven't receive any letter, notice, emails etc about the payout or our grades so i guess it has been scheduled to a later date.

I’m in the same MX11 grade as one of my colleagues, who is a secondee from organisation statboard

She is here for 2years in same min/sb as me

Just wondering if we will both be graded in the same pool in the upcoming appraisal? Or am I graded relative to other MX11 from other departments within same statboard/min

Unregistered 20-03-2024 04:55 PM

Will the increment for C and C+ be the same ?

Not cutting per se.
They are just not recruiting to fill up the slots of those who are retiring.

What is the quantum for MX11: C & C+

Market condition is one of the considerations. Based on previous data, it is between 1.75 to 2.5 months

jrbearus 22-03-2024 08:56 AM

The quota for secondees is based on its parent ministry/stat board. Her grading will be reviewed, relative to those in the same substantive grade, in the parent ministry/stat board. Likewise, you will be given a grade, relative to those in the same substantive grade in the same ministry/stat board.

Currently MX12 with 3 years in service in a stat board.

Y1 - C
Y2 - C+
Y3 - C+ (changed divisions)

Was wondering how long would the average time frame be before I would be eligible for an ingrade promotion?

I understand that typically, the amount of years between MX12 and MX11 can be crazy long.

Most likely not. MX12 C+ usually is about 2 only.

Unregistered 22-03-2024 10:22 PM

promoted from MX11 to MX11a, what is the increment amount?

Why don't you just look at your promotion letter?

You need to perform very well and secure at least another two Bs (B or B+).

Hi, can anyone advise what the average PB for MPA?

jrbearus 24-03-2024 08:28 AM

It is different for each agency. In some agency the base (average) rate is indicted in the notification letter.
