Last time i confirmed within 3 months but the 'CONFIRMATION OF SERVICE' letter from HR is stated 6 months from my start date.

from my understanding, i received prorated bonus (Individual & Corporate) from the day i join (nov) till end of march, which is around 4/12. My corporate bonus % checks out.

i have also received a little bit increment which is unexpected.
