7 years exp should have no issues jumping to other tech companies for a raise.

seen alot such people...company A hop to company B get a huge raise...1-2 yrs later hop back company A and got a much more increment and more senior role like 40-45% raise in 2 years

while people who stayed lan lan and jelly because increase 3-6% and more people start leaving
