MX10 is Assistant Director level alr, how come only offer Senior level at GovTech?

If I am correct, level K (Director) in GovTech, the bonus is double.

govtech follow tech firm. my current designation is "head". AD in ministry is only mx11, max 11a.
senior engineer is 1 lvl below AD in govtech (equivalence to DD in ministry)

K in govtech should be DD as far as i know
H = Engineer / consultant / manager
I = S. Engineer / S.Consultnat / S.M
J = E.Consultant / E.M / AD
K = DD

u are going over via movement policy? cos the jump seems to be it..

I have colleagues from MX10 coming in as Grade I too. MX10 have upper and lower bar, your 8k is likely the lower bar which will usually be ur Head/SAD level, hence is likely the case why you got I. another 2 reason is the headcount only can give u a grade I or ur interview.

I was the one that asked movement policy. it depends if you wan $$ or years of services.

for me, I was on MX11 and in service for 3 years, when I jump, I resigned and join GT.

got a handsome 25% jump to Grade H

Advice on gov tech career needed.
 

I was offer mid 6k by a ministry for 3year + experience. Was told by HR that average 16month package when first year contract and 17month average pakage if manage to converted perm.
Is it a good deal or should I look for others? MX11 appointment.
