Should I consider this offer?

Hey Im currently discussing my offer with GT.
I have done all the interviews and stuff, and the manager has contacted me saying that he will hire me, but through 3rd party agency as there's no perm head count.

I am currently working in private sector, perm role.
6 years exp
Last drawn would be around 6++. (If take in to other benefits/ bonus / allowances it will be > 90k a year)

What's your suggestions?
Would the benefits be very diff comparing with direct / perm?
How much is the reasonable salary should i be asking for?

90k a year is close to what fresh grad get when they join GovTech as direct hire.

you are telling me a grade D Fresh Grad earning a 16mth $5.5k?

I am a scholar who has made it to the last round (round 4) of the interview process for TAP. Govtech would need to buy me out of my bond from my current scholarship for me to join. I am wondering if this is a normal occurence.

Yeah possible. Govtechie also get extra $100+ per month for some sort of quality of life technology fund thingy (forgot the exact term used in pay slip).
