in a norm, a person who came in as Grade D will need to take at least 5 years to promote to H... meaning promoting every year while the standard norm will be at least 2 appraisal cycles or a minimum of 2 years... it also highly dependant on the last drawn to determine the grades too.. |

SVC usually don take anybody lower than Grade G, but now starting to take Grade E/F for BA cos lack of people.. so to be fair, lower grade promotions are sure faster vs those G & H ma.... for example 50 D fighting to promote vs 500 Grade G fighting to promote... |
