Edit :

Thanks for your post and insights. I said this over and over again, GDS should be reduced by a lot more. Should streamline focus on a few core products. Right now rushing to throw all the side products also dunk got ppl use or not. Use but probably not even wog.

Services still important because they truly help agencies on tech side. And agencies are paying for these mmf.

Agree that GDS should streamline focus on few core products.
Definitely agree with you that Services are truly important to GovTech.

I just wish GovTech to reduce the headcount of PIC/ex-Indeed, as there's no visible concrete plan on what PIC /ex-Indeed will be delivering that can value-add to GovTech or WOG or Singapore Citizens.

If there's any PIC /ex-Indeed folks here, please voice out your disagreement and justify why GovTech should keep you.

Actually during my stint in govt projects , govtechies shun away from the all the discussion etc because they would focus on more important projects

Good for us vendor also because less one person we need keep in loop. We just say we discussed with users / PO and done alr. U (govtech ) want change pls talk to user

Maybe the govtech DBA I worked with is grade G....

Not sure what's their rationale to delay the promotion.

Yup, should alr announce last week but been delaying.

Suspect maybe delay as much so that those soon to terminate contract won't feel so bad

Unregistered 08-04-2024 12:45 PM

CPB bonus 1 month for A-K grade, 2 months for L-M

I think yes. But we can only find out end April

Not sure if it differ from services etc( just talking about individual performance )

Unregistered 08-04-2024 05:48 PM

That means same rank + same grade = same CPB and same IPB. And if role is the same, MDR is same too

Unregistered 08-04-2024 05:53 PM

like nothing much changed .

Unregistered 08-04-2024 06:14 PM

The grading got change meh? Isn't it the same as before?

Unregistered 08-04-2024 06:16 PM

no summary of what changed.

Unregistered 08-04-2024 06:19 PM

Is the new APA still measured on a bell curve? I’m confused what it means by exceeding basic requirements and meeting job expectations. What’s the difference between ‘requirement’ and ‘expectation’?
