Which also explained issue of Inflation, senior salary are lower than junior salary, senior have to jump ship to raise the salary which come the great resignation waive

yup, but no doubt my current salary is also pegged to fresh grad salary. if fresh grad salary is so high then confirm my salary will also rise accordingly.
