Adding a reference point here, had a competing offer from a company. In order for Govtech's offer to be on par, I would need to achieve grade B in performance appraisal, and that's not including any possible value increases from RSU.

Openly declared my last drawn salary + having a competing offer on hand, and let them decide on my compensation package.

in most circumstances, encashment is only for leavers. and that is also subject to approval by bosses if not u hve to serve out ur notice period with ur leave

no lol. they allowed to encash 9 days of leave. email was sent already earlier in the year
