ST are made up all average slackers... including the bosses.. Those bosses in power are all average students in nature so they recognized the other slackers... and only reward the other slackers...

This is true story cause in the group interview fresh grad last year...
They didn't offer the 1st class honor cause they say he will leave eventually.
Instead they took in the 2nd lower and 3rd class..

Enuff said.

Vary from company within st hard to say...

During last pay freeze heard was during financial crisis a decade ago.
The follow year, from my sources, 1 company got higher than normal annual increment percentage, and the other got the same like any other year.

it was in 2009 july the last pay freeze, but somehow in oct that year, they give +$200 adjustment...not sure about this year

2017 - joined as E6 contract staff, 4.3k
2018 - convert to perm with promotion to M1. 1mth bonus. 4.9k
2019 - 5.9k , 3+mths bonus.

My increment is in the range of 600 to 1k.
+200 is a pay cut le.

If hit the max cap salary for the grade, will there be any more increment in the following year? And if hit max cap and the bosses don't fight for your promotion even for above average appraisal, what will be the minimum increment or will there be no increment?
