Why is STE HR so kpo like asking everything about your pay in the view of wanting to help you adjust pay. Then when they hear liao, they just “Oh I can’t do anything about it”. Annoying sia

Hi, anyone know how about the pro-rated bonus?? if I join on June 2023, pro-rated should be calculate until Dec 2023 or Mar 2024??

Should be Dec 2023, bonus is for last year work.
