1) If you already have a condo are you saying you want to buy an additional HDB? Am i reading this right? Well if that is the case, you can't. 100%.
2) If you bought a condo and even if you sold it you STILL have to wait for 30 months cooling period.

yes ,thats the bad part of condos. some buildings are very far away from entrance. Yeah, most of the gyms in condo are bad as well. Resale i dont think that bad, try to buy those 70 year old resale if there are any. Better yet, why not buy the resale at your previous rented area? or buy it from the owner of the rented house?
