I think healthy, got girl friend, good enough lah.

Life is not just about money and girls, I hope you won't feel like the end of the world if you ever find yourself impotent. Grow up kid.

Whilst it is interesting to know net worth as a bit of a yard stick its always more interesting to undertsand the journey and also what the goals of the individual are especially around retirement. Discussions on materiality not being the point are irrelvaent and side track the issue so go ride your high moral horse out of here. Start another thread the discussion is on net worth. So to those with >$2m in net worth other than there house what are your retirement goals?

My own is $100k income on today's dollar plus a beach house somewhere, retire between 50-55.

Current 35
Cash $215k
Property full paid $1.6m
Superannuation $180k
Car fully paid $60k
Current household income (including mine and my wifes) $380k

With superannuation quoted..... Australian?

Impressive bickering on what is truth and what is false. Regardless, its very impressive to see how much wealth young singaporeans / expat accumulate on the sunny island. It is really an island of opportunity.

So lonely that many young millionaires surf the web and just chit-chat.

Sometimes, I meet up with fellow millionaires for coffee at starbucks during office hours at ulu location with no crowd.

Sometimes, I go with fellow millionaires to property showroom. It is kind of a hobby to us.

Sometimes, We go out test-driving cars when the showroom is empty during office hours.

Sometimes, I attend investment seminars to entertain myself. Coz I can get to see "millionaires" or "successful" people talking, yet still selling how to get rich course. I also find joy in seeing suckers rushing to sign up, to enrich the trainers, not the participants.

It's a lonely life and I ask you all to be gainfully employed even if you are a millionaire. Treat it as socialising with people. Treat your job as a hobby too. Don't be like me, I quit and now I have trouble going back to work.

Lol was counting the number of times 'millionaires' appeared. Seems to me like kid wrote it. Fitting name too.

You seriously need some financial management. And which condo cost $6.5m?

46Years old. $2M cash, condo 700K paid for. Kids tertially education planned for.

Have been working hard for the last 20 years. I realized that once you hit 1M, the rate of wealth growth accelerates. Plan to retire in 4 years time. Stay healthy is still the ultimate aim and will continue life in a simple yet self fulfilling manner. I am not tempted or in pursuit of any unnecessary material needs. These provide only temporary happiness nothing more.
