Anyone knows which are the slave driving ministries and agencies? I thought civil service always promote work life balance?

better to work as a security guard. if you work 26 days, you can get $85 x 26 = $2210.

Public or Private?

I need some advice... Got 2 offers, one from management associate programme in private (insurance industry) $3k. Will be asked to work for claims, underwriting, etc. The other is from public (stat board, administrative position) $3.5K. Not sure which is better in the long term. If choose public, not sure if there will be any transferable skills to the private sector if I change path in future. Anyone can share about market trends, promotion/career advancement in the insurance sector? Any advice is much appreciated!

Go private. It has a much higher upside. Best performers in private earn much more than the directors in stat board or civil service.
