3800 is for Fch with ns 10 years ago
Now should ask for 4500 minimum
If without ns ask for 400 less

I dont think this is realistic. I know a female fresh grad with fch who got $3.6k starting pay at a Stat board. Even if add 400 for NS would be $4k. Unless ministry is so different.

Sorry I forgot to add that she started work in 2018. So the amount she got is pretty up to date.

yeah that's pretty much accurate. guy friend in mfa got around $4k+ too

Different types of schemes in CS. Economist, engineer, uniformed officers, mx schemes. Some pay more some pay less.
