this. mainly for talent retention. and also to address the gap between MX11 and 10, so there's 11A now.

Is it a blanket 5% increment or does it vary with performance grade? What is mx11a? Another ladder for farmers to climb???

I thought MX10 can either be AD or DD? Depending on the salary range?

Unregistered 21-07-2014 11:44 PM

Anybody knows what's the cut off for mx11 and mx11a ?

Unregistered 22-07-2014 01:36 PM

Is the increment applicable to state boards?

Unregistered 22-07-2014 02:19 PM

Huh? What? So MX12 and MX13 dun get the increment?

You shld said, all just had one increment in april.
Btw i think if there is any increments, all civil servant will get. If not imagine those not getting will be demoralized and put in less effort to work.

The adjustment in 2012 seemed to have moved the pte sector. My prev manufacturing company raised the average worker salary by abt 18 % on average in late 2012. I thought it was more than the civil service 2012 adjustment.
