During covid, pay was adjusted upwards because of tech sectors aggressively fighting for headcounts. Now tech sector is laying off, should pay be adjust downwards in response?

yes concur with the idea that the salaries should be revised downwards to be in line with economy outlook

Hi all. I'm a couple years away from graduating from a foreign doctoral programme (on non-govt scholarship). Are there any CS jobs that pay premium for post-grad qualification (apart from outright research roles)? Also, what kind of salary can I realistically expect?

joined one of the uniform service with diploma, 12 years in service , base 5k, annual 4-5 mths bonus, annual 70-80k

I just finished a finance degree from Murdoch , thinking if I should with to other MX roles within civil service. wonder if any chance I will be offer MX12 instead of Mx 13
