Not true. I have compared with a colleague who have the same honours as me as well as experience as we joined practically fresh out of uni. There was a $400 difference.

if wanna upgrade grade and salary in similar position, izzit muz resign from current and rejoin other min / sb? will hr still pegged you to previous grade and salary since you are "fresh resignee"?

Does anyone know whether future annual merit increments for MX scheme will also be increased as a result of this year’s pay review? Not too sure whether merit increments are calculated based on your last-drawn pay (percentage?), or if it is determined as an absolute amount

was in stat board for 8yrs, 7.6k. abit sian of the job and quit few yrs ago, i did property exams but realized property abit sian, so i went to join insurance. just hit tot last year just by selling basic plans. now ez life.
