Depends on agency perhaps. As you can see there is a range. In some agencies fresh grads start from MX13 regardless of degree honours. Starting pay is typically between 3.3-3.7k. Even after auto promotion to MX12 the following year, most still will be getting under 4k.

The last salary revision we get is in Aug/Sep 2014. I think we all get 5% increment.
