Only some will go to MX 10, i will say at mid 40s onwards , depending how fast an average farmer you are.

I agree, mx10 rare.. mostly retire mx11a.. hard truth.. but ok la, as long happy at work, got bonus, increments and benefits does not really matter

tis is true, not many MX10, out of 10 farmers maybe 2 to 3 better average farmers? and likely they are late 40s or early 50s then they got MX10.

But you need to check when they got their MX11 and MX11a, that will give you an impression or estimation (if they no chg dept or teams), likely will be slow farm already.

I am 35 male, MX11 now, likely getting MX11a this year or next year.
My basic now is 7900.

Hopefully get bump to MX11a, and i think need 5-10 years to farm to MX10 , this is my normal farmer route.

Means about 40 should be able to hit it. Can't imagine staying at MX10 for 25 years from 40 to 65 though...

Mx11 so low pay? I thought it would have been more.

Looks like private sector overtakes civil service quite fast. I’m only 34 and I’m taking a 200k pa salary from a bank

What do you mean no NS? First gen PR?
