Accepted MSF's offer for MX12 at 3900 after nego. 2nd uppers and 2.5 years work experience in social service sector. Could have gotten more?

How do I cope with being arrowed at work?


I am not the only lowly new staff there, but the bosses like to ask me to do things. Set up this, do that, do.this...And when I speak out they say my workload not heavy at all.
