The HR was telling me most people in astar are contract and they tend to renew. Not sure if true.

Its a corporate type of role.

TIA!

Bump! Is g5 a good grade to enter into astar?

Are MOF's Associates part of the normal ministry MX scheme? Anyone knows why they're called Associates?

compare to other colleages, i am perm and not contract on a renewable basis... hint the salary and i feel i am underpaid coz their pay all figure 8 in front.. but mostly mid 40s...

Well you pretty much answered your own question. But imo, jump and get at least 30% pay jump if you can.

Otherwise, upgrade yourself with the necessary skillsets, network, apply jobs like crazy until you can ask for 50% pay increment.

is it on the scheme? the jump is big, usually PS only offer big jump after a few proven track record years
