Does anyone know what’s the MX (11A or 10?) equivalent for a Snr AD in MOM, MOE etc? Not saying about those Ministry who abuse the AD rank e.g. MTI etc where fresh grads go in as AD

did they match your annual salary or just your monthly salary?

Correct me if I’m mistaken but civil service has its own payscale and doesn’t “match” your last drawn right?

Just curious, anyone know what's the increment like in pub and lta? For yearly increment without promotion, is it a fixed sum of money like $200 or a percentage like 5% yearly. And if with promotion what is the percentage or fixed so ewe are looking at? Anyone able to advise on that. Thanks
