Annual for this year is $128k. Wife slightly lower than me.

29, married, with a 4 yr old child. Combined salary with wife (29 yrs old) sgd350k p.a excl. bonus

-1 humble landed house valued at sgd3.2mil. Outstanding mortgage > sgd1.1mil.
-CPF savings combined > 200k
-Cash savings combined > 200k
- Stocks > 50k

how do we fare ?

23 years old, 2.5k a month
24 years old, 3.2k a month
Now 25 years old, 5k a month (annual 60k)

No debts. Looking to get married in about 2-4 years time, now just balancing building savings for housing/wedding and at the same time putting aside money for investments (still not super sure on what to invest so just keep as cash first).

If anyone has any tips to share for someone around my age... please share :) Thank you!
