It's a lady profile, fast track promote to CL10, even shorter period of time to CL 9 from CL10 with no previous working full-time experience. I thought there's a structure +1 to CL 10 & +2 to CL9?

The ones I know of with fast tracked promotions typically build strong network with key people whose account/work they are interested in and basically just be a slave for them. Usually they would then broach the topic of early promo but of course you can't mess up at the work they give you. Can't speak for any others who managed to be fast tracked despite poor work.

What chu saying bruh. Any client has the right to interview the project members if they want to, not a private vs public thing. Depends on the project. And if looks does come into play, welcome to the real world.
