Accenture is a system integrator if you join as software developer hence you are like the bangala of construction companies but white collared.

Probably useful skill you pick up is
1. Identifying all the bad traits of a bad manager and avoid picking them up
2. Stress tanking skills level up as project are almost always fire fighting
3. There is still exit opportunity to FAANG company but you have to prepare harder for interview as most of your daily work won't prepare you for FAANG interview.
4. If you are the one doing the talking instead of coding, you might be able to get into FAANG as a product manager those kind of role that don't really require deep technical skills.
5. If tio good project is like tio toto. Good progression, good WLB, good increment.

Bad things
1. Promotion only going to people who can wayang and carry balls rather than people who do work
2. Discrimination if you are not part of the gang (same kampong/same gender/same sch etc...)
3. Slow progression.
4. If tio team that hire to meet some hiring quota because alot of people left, then RIP, you will be doing all of the work.

It’s v v low - they’re basically top 5%(?) of every cohort. You need to be great not just good to enjoy the high pay perks wlb.

Meta got diversity quota -> if you female/minority race easier to get in as they have to fill the quota regardless if the candidate is qualified or not.

it doesnt matter

if u cant do med - hard graph LC questions theres no chance u will get in

diversity quota is true but only in the US. they dont give a fk about it in 3rd country places like singapore
