Not really obligatory, depends on what you bring to the table.
Some are industry specialists, and have strong network and rich experience within the industry. Some are domain specialists who brings their domain knowledge across industries.

Mining yes, agriculture, not that i personally know of.

Yup, since its already in the news, I can share that Accenture is involved in the next phase of SingPass.

It is very obvious from the questions that TS is not looking for a job in accenture, probably from a competitor's hr/planning side trying to gather intelligence.

Hi, I'm looking at the graduate trainee programme and it seems to be a technology rather than a consulting position? Is there difference in terms of pay and progression etc?
