What is the pay increment like for Accenture technology analyst?
Every year will have pay review or is it by rank ? Senior analyst add how much ?

Accenture is a very vocal company even if you good worker but silently hope and with some many people trying to claim credit. They are better off in another company. The pay is also not that fantastic after the recent surge in tech industry pay in the past 2 year.

How does acn compare to big4, heard big4 salary now are buff up ?

Both are dead end jobs. Acn has alot of OT but no progression

I don't think it's a dead end job. Exit opportunities to bank, although that depends on your experience during your time at acn. Personally saw few people jump to bank after 2 years of experience first job at FDM.

I was quite fresh that time, anyway I was trying to learn stuff and the people like not bad, I dun want to threaten to quit just becos the increment is bad

Well in acn if you dont fight for yourself, no one will fight for you. If u stayed even when they gave u only 1%, that means you are perfectly fine with it. So no 1 would bother on whether you should be promoted or your increment should be higher.
