Starting Pay Revision
 
Anybody else got starting pay revision?

orginally:
4050 + 400 and 5k sign on bonus after 1 yr
now:
4500 + 400 , no sign on bonus

Yea, me and my friends all got it. Should it should be for all new hires

It's the tech analyst role that most of us applied. Business and int arch analyst. i heard that those strategy (rarer breeds) also had their salary increased

Yeap all got revised, I think higher base pay is better, as least when u jumping later can use as base to nego

I think better for me as i do not have to be "tied" by the one year thing. And also higher bonus from the base pay if there is one. Not sure if the progression will be delayed because of this increment tho but oh wells.

Donutboy, rubbishman and PA (if you graduated with FCH) are all within your reach. Assuming you pass psychometric tests and interview first of course :)
