Hi all, does GA program only strictly hire fresh graduates? Will they consider people with 2-3 years of banking experience??

How come the salary range for dbs ma is between 4.6-6k for previous batches.

Is this due to experience as well as the track selected?

If one graduated with FCH eith no work exp, what is the expected salary for the 2017 batch

Difference is due to bachelor deg vs master deg and there was no track selection for previous batches.

Hi guys, can anyone clarify this? I am not a local degree graduate but i am hoping to accumulate 2-3 years of banking experience from where i am right now, and try to apply for the GA program.

Do they strictly only consider fresh graduates?

Have there been cases where considerations were given to people with experience?

How many years of work exp do you have now? And what industry are you in??

I am in a small malaysian bank, with 1 year of experience.

Am hoping to clock 2-3 more years of experience and hopefully have a chance to be granted an interview for the GA program.

Any advise if they take people with experience?
