Hey! I just emailed to accept the offer. What about you? I was offered 3800. Based on some of the posts here, some are offered 4000, 4200 and 3500. Which uni are you from?

yes i was offered the same as you. is it because of uni? I was thinking it could be ns (NA for me) or honours class or department?

Can't be NS cause I have NS and was offered the same. Honor class also not likely since 2.1 is their min and I just barely hit their min requirement of 2.1. So unless the 3.5k one is from non local university else it would be unlikely. I'm from ops so it seems ops mostly have the same offer as tech. Only probability is most likely the individual department within the different track I guess.

From what I know, the monthly salary for GA T&O is the same for everyone in the program, regardless of your background.

Just curious, any idea which departments/teams for the tech track are situated at mbfc? It'd be awesome to be posted to mbfc instead of cbp since I live in the west.

Honestly, please dont think that non local university should entail a lower starting salary than you. And pay wise is all based on HR offers so you wouldn't know which is which unless the horses speak!

oh good luck to you. Majority will be at CBP. but still pray hard to be in the minority bah!

I personally believe the HR offer to everyone is the same. However since people are claiming that have different offers, I am just suggesting the various possible reason. There is no need to get so defensive over the university your are from. Oxbridge also non local, I am pretty sure they will get jobs that earn much more than us. Thats the way meritocracy works. If you think thats unfair, just work harder when working and do better than them.

Pretty sure almost the whole tech department is at CBP. Maybe have a few at MBFC? Ops I'm not sure. Shld have shuttle bus tho.
The Hr staff said there are some tech teams in mbfc but she isn't sure where exactly I'll be posted to. Oh well, shall pray hard for the next 8 months. Haha!

Still waiting for their reply... Been abt a wk or so since I went for the second interview... I wonder if they will still send us an email even if we r rejected for the position..

To be brutally honest, once they have finish interviewing all candidates, the decisions will be made rather quickly and the HR will release the result in a couple of days. Usually if you wait more than a week it means you are probably on the reserve list and if others turn down the offer then they might get back to you. The rejection email will only be sent out after about 2 - 3 weeks after the final interview ends as there is a buffer time for acceptance of offer by the first picks.
