I am going to call the hirer direct on Monday and see can negotiate, otherwise no way I am going to take the risk joining the risky oil industry without any large increment.

Process wise it took about 6 months 2 telephone interview and 3 office interview, mainly because the hr girl takes very long to arrange the timings for the overseas interviewers.

I applied for op tech. Went for medical checkup on august till now still no replied for them. Anybody have the same issue as me??
