Aiyah.... For me, don't listen to people..... Just try out... U never know... Anyway out of a few thousands... U, getting a job in ExxonMobil is consider like bingo. Alot of people would want to be in ur place.

Everywhere u go,there is for sure politics,work stress but if u know how to handle it well,i believe its all good.my advise is be humble,be inquisitive and be respectful.if anybody wants to break your ricebowl,than by all means persevere and karma while definitely bites his ass.But no harm trying in exxon,to get an interview is already a cut above the rest.
My current batch which is now in training,was told that everyday thousands of applicants send in their interest to exxonmobil and to get an interview is good enough already.
