I am contented with the remuneration package. i had already lost 6 months of income since graduation and with the current COVID situation, i guess it is even harder to secure jobs now.

yeah i would be contented if i were you too. anyways did the interviewer ask about the 6 months gap?

Yes, they did. But i said i used the first month to go for eye correction surgery and they seem interested in the topic and forgot about the remaining 5 months LOL

oh you did lasik? was it very painful? so far no employers questioned my gap but i have no idea what to say if they ask.
