RR is decent - normal increments usually 7-8% can go up to 10+% if you are top performer. But of course cannot compare to places like banking or fund management.

wrong number here issit? haha. If it were the old Goodrich, I don't think so. Even taking cab home after OT would need to carpool, let alone transport allowance.

RR looks good from the outside but inside not so good. Long gone were the days where the increment is 7-8%. We are looking at 1-3%. This year lagi worse, average performer may not even get increment. They recently changed the bonus structure as well ( effectively reducing it for normal performing peeps by 40%) people inside love to play politics as well. Really disappointed in this company.

Rollsroyce finding a job
 
I got bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering. I'm a foreigner . I'm looking for finding a job in rollsroyce or pratt and whitney. How can i make it? Do i need to take any studies here?
