From my test to first interview all within a week.
From first to second, i got the outcome in 2 days.

A bit odd to wait till 2-3 weeks, was thinking is it cos of clearance or what.

as in which date u went for the round 2?

hiring process really slow

send email to the HR POC, no reply on whether moving onto the next phase of the process or what knots.

Got my rejection email today, feel a bit relieved tbh.

Heres my timeline.

Week 0: applied via portal
Week 4: Completed all tests and assessments required
Week 5: Attended first interview (got a call 2 days later to arrange for second interview)
Week 7: Attended second interview (although 30 mins only, but i too nervous)
Week 9: Got rejected!

Not sure how significant is significant, but I've heard of people getting 10+% for movement, and 20+% if joined as new. Those people that I know always choose to restart and come in as new as the pay difference is way too significant.
