If I was "Unsuccessful" for an application and later see the same post being advertised again, is it not advisable to just try again? Will they black mark me or anything?

Anyone working in mha? How is work, benefit and culture?
Saw position called as associate.
But I hear mha working is very stressful and often OT.
I want to work for long term in public sectors.
Please advise.

Dun think they will blacklist you. But you can try again and see how.

Hi,

I was offered a provisional offer 3 days ago.
But this doesn't mean I get the job right?
My status on career gov was also changed to offered.
I'm very much afraid that I won't get the official signing in the end.
What are the procedures after this?

How long after your last interview did you give you the provisional offer?

There is only associate post under mha doing on building infra work. Had applied last year when they had same opening and my friend in MHA told me that the work involved is just vetting submission papers (can take own sweet time to clear) and super slack since can have long tea and lunch breaks and also work from home as and when. I was also told that the pay is higher than the usual MX scheme payscale and can have up to 3months engineer bonus at year end. Too bad l wasnt shortlisted.

Thanks for your reply.
Wow seemed like this is hard to get shortlisted.
I applied 2 jobs from other public organisations but were unsuccessful. A bit discouraged.
Maybe you can try again.

I was two weeks after my interview. I accepted the provisional offer so they say they are approving the appointment date. I'm such a worry wart I'm just afraid somewhere put there they will say I won't get the job

I'm asking myself the same question. Now I just have to wait for their follow up email as to when it is being approved and official signing of offer letter. I hope nothing screws up in between
