I will be pursuing a Part time Degree in Unisim soon, intending to take the maximum load so that i would not be wasting time as i wanna complete my deg asap. I have two options in mind, Deg in HRM without hons option and Bsc in Psy and Biz with hons option. The hons programme take an additional year to complete.. I am just wondering which of the two is a more viable option if I have already confirmed that i wanna work in HR industry as my future career? I am interested working in the headhunter indsutry in the future, no prior experience in HR tho.

Not quite understanding the logic here at all.

Headhunter is mostly a sales comission based job, why are you wasting time & money on buying a part time degree that has nothing to do with it?

If you just want to do sales jobs, you should be focusing on working the ranks generating billings and building your professional network. The firms care only about your billing record, not whether you have some psychology or HR theory degree.

As a backup plan? Aint really sure which of these two degrees would be more useful in the industry and headhunter is just one of the option I may be interested.
