2019: geo3 C+ (approx +190)
2020: geo3 C+ (approx +190)
2021: geo3 A (approx +170)
2022: promoted geo4 A (+454)
2023: geo4 C+ (+163)

Fkn stupid. Two As in the two toughest years of my (our) careers, covering KPs who were on study leave, colleagues who were down. Fight so hard during the pandemic and thankfully was recognised by the school's ranking panel.

But the average performing GEO3s that were promoted this year have now sailed past my salary point.

Screw it, I'm done here. Can easily get +40% in the private sector (edu consultancy).

2020: geo3 C (approx +170)
2021: geo3 C (approx +100)
2022: geo3 B (approx +175), adjustment (approx +450 to 500)
2023: promoted geo4 B (approx +500 to 550)

you seem to be right about the suay outcome?

Yup. As a GEO4, the 5% adjustment was something like 280 or 290. GEO3s all got at least 450.

In the same boat here.
2021: G3, B
2022: G3->4, A
2023: G4, B

Despite pulling above weight, colleagues who joined 1 year later and always trailed behind interms of equivalent performance and salary point now draws the same pay as me just after promoting to Geo 4 this year. Verified the numbers as we have all along been open about sharing: one of them felt bad for me.

Apart from the generic email found in intranet, anyway knows where we can give our feedback more effectively?

Already threw letter, no need to wait for you to give instructions. Last day of service in May. Keep PB + tie up loose ends.

Besides the generic HR email, if you are a scholar and/or on FLP or whatever, you can also write to TMU.

gosh , such basic feedback is known la. u think this things are done by taking out a pencil n drawing scales on a paper??! it’s prob imputed into a system where model shows everthing. ie relative gainers n losers.
teachers in schools can get A or B but lack basic critical thinking skills
