What subject do you teach? If you can teach EL, SS, mother tongue, maybe got chance. If you can only teach math and science then you wait until next century.

There are schools with 0 C-/D. If SLs can justify, then Supt and higher management cannot dispute. Do you think there is C-/D in HQ? All the officers who go HQ are considered the cream of the crop of their schools before they enter HQ. So, will any of them end up with a C-/D?

Do untrained teachers going into NIE and eventually teaching math as one of the two CS need to take a math entrance/proficiency test before/while in NIE?

A GEO3 ceiling could be higher than a GEO5 salary. Just that no MI.

The 7 years is inclusive of 3 years no MI cos at ceiling.

I dunno...if promoted cos of SL.
