Thanks for sharing this about big 4 which is very helpful for big 4 wannabes! Question is - Is the grade very rigid/fixed in the no. of years of experience? For e.g. a 5 years exp may typically qualify you for AM, but possible to actually get a M rank and M pay?

Hi my expereince is they are mote concern about the portfolio you are handling.. eg. The size and audit fee.. and number of team members you manage. Assuming you are gg for senior ans above role i guess.

Both exclude bonus. Can just use rounded figure 5.5 vs 5.3.
