U do realise a career in the big 4 isn't a sprint right? Though it was apparent. The post shows junior partners in assurance getting 300k++, definitely the senior ones are getting 500k+.

Can explain wad is meant by 'senior ones'? This refers to senior salaried partners, or equity partners?

A marathon that never ends. Even partners still work crazy hours.

I can't even get an impromptu meeting with them. Have to catch them on their toilet breaks :D

You also do realize that making senior management in top mnc also gets you to 500k per annum right? It’s not like the odds of partner is better, and the lifetime earnings are way better this way

Really insane to see people defending being underpaid for making “big bucks” of 300k

There are various routes to get there without being underpaid. Of course it’s not easy, but becoming a partner is not guaranteed either
