In terms of welfare, Blue is the best, with CA increments and an average 2 month bonus

Most people got their Ca in big 4. Only blue and orange offers an increment of around 500/mth

Nobody wants to fix the long term problems when their tenure in the firm is only another 3 years.

Oh different from my time (2019) when most of my friends didn’t manage to get ca with most of them dropping out after failing first two papers.

Anyway 5 years later, doesn’t seem like any of us really needed it.

But I suppose in future, if they really make this into a very powerful and prestigious thing, some of my friends may regret not having it. We take it then also not too late
