Friendly reminder to SIM-UOL and pte degree holders
Forget about joining banks or mncs unless you have a strong patronage inside. Even then, your role will still be that of a junior support function staff with slow progression. Many would have to start as tempt or contract staff and work hard to gain conversion. By then you will likely reach 30 year old. A bit too late to be considered for progression even if you tried hard. This is the general reality. Why not try other options such as personal banking sales, property agent, insurance agent, capital equipment sales, car sales, internet marketing, hawker, hairdresser, plumber, chef and retail F & B with an aim to set up your own outlet. You will be better off making an attempt to try these areas while in your twenties. If you fail proceed to look for employment and as you look back, if had already tried so no regret in life. |
Friendly reminder to SIM-UOL and pte degree holders:
You are seriously going to be a commoner for the rest of your life LOL |

SIM grads are on par with you local uni garbages. Get top 5% of your cohort and land a job that pays way above your GES survey then come flex and talk about how good your local uni is. Otherwise you're just another generic Singaporean who got spoonfed to local uni, you're nothing special lol. Keep hating and talking trash, enjoying my 8k monthly pay as fresh grad, 2 years of SIM life while you wasted 4 years, 5 if you're really trash tier lmfao and getting stuck with <5k paying jobs. Stay mad boys! |

Me not a local grad. Do not be so bitter as there are many roads to success apart from academic. Me trying to put things in perspective without undermining private grads. |
