heard for the security track, the hackathon is different from the rest. Might be a CTF instead. not sure.

All individual work and coding skills is required too. go online and learn more about cyber security related stuff.

Want to ask, since a number of people being quoted different salary, is it possible that it vary due to major or class honour?

Should be vary due to tracks? Tracks like cybersec really need hands on experience. 5k off the bat and still need to hand hold in a structured programme seems off.

Seems like Tech degree gets more than non tech degree.

to those who accepted the offer, when will they ask for additional information? I am afraid the offer may get rescinded so i have not given notice to my current company yet and awaiting for the next steps.

The increase only comes if you can show personal growth after the 2 years

Worst come to worst, send them an email to ask when the program starts in notice period + 1/2 weeks.. All we can do is wait for now.

I know NTU blasting multiple emails stating it to be 5k. My guess is that different uni tier will have a different compensation package.

Was from NUS engineering 2nd lower getting 5k. But have a minor in CS dk if that helps.

Based on my understanding, people only received onboarding email after both techtrek. But I haven’t done hackathon (which is scheduled on dec), but they already send me onboarding email.
