I have just completed the online assesment with JIM. When can i expect to hear from them if i have been shortlisted for hackathon?

Took them less than a week to get back. But they have upcoming hackathon literally tmrw. So most probably you need to wait for the next round shld you be shortlisted~ Good luck though!

I also got the conditional offer. Really hope that most of my techtrek team don't get the offer. Can't imagine having to carry them at work after carrying them in techtrek.

Show that you can work well in a team. Not needed to be technically wrong, but participation in discussions is a must

Why unfair ? If u can code and can’t talk then have to brush up on your communication skills.. in working world it’s like that

I think it depends on who your assessors are. I heard some did not even communicate much as they chose their own stack and did separately, they got in.

Some people may have different stack from you. If they happen to be in a team that only knows react also no choice. But if they literally did nothing and get in then that’s DBS problem for not assessing properly
